Nicky Whelan
Nicky Whelan (born 10 May 1981) is an Australian model and actress. Her fame was first noticed in Australia for her role as Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap drama Neighbors during a hundred episodes that were broadcast from 2006 to 2007. In Hollywood the actress began her career with two separate projects. It was first Hollywood & Wine in which she played a struggling actress. Following her role as Maya in Scrubs where she played an extremely seductive medical student. However the series is suddenly stopped. The actress then continues with the filming of a comedy with The Farrelly brothers Good to shoot, starring the tandem Jason Sudeikis Owen Wilson then appearances in short series and B series films. In 2013 she began being noticed more widely. After having appeared in six episodes of the detective drama Franklin and Bash and landing her first role as a regular in the web series Chosen starring Milo Ventimiglia, the actress was offered a variety of roles. She plays in the first two seasons of the series in addition to giving the reply to Chad Michael Murray. In the following seasons, she was in supporting roles in the two feature films which focused on airplanes. The first was a television film for SyFy's Flight 7500 that featured TV actors in shows. Another one was Le Chaos with Nicolas Cage. She plays a flight attendant. She also appears on the logo for a new program on television called Matador which she co-stars with Gabriel Luna. The series is a thriller in which the actors play CIA agents and produced with director Robert Rodriguez however does not surpass a full season of 13 episodes. The pilot for another series, that hasn't had much success, is in production. She revealed the first poster of the romantic comedy B-series Borrowed Moments in 2015 with Brian Krause, then appeared in the role of Kad Cuoco and Kevin Hart's co-stars for the comedy Witness for Rent. The actress is also a part of the very large release of the experimental Knight of Cups by Terrence Malick. In addition, she has appeared in five episodes of the Satisfaction television series.
