Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy, a half-Spanish half-English lady was born on April 16th, 1996 in Miami Florida. Her parents are Dennis Alan Taylor, a former banking executive and Jennifer Marina Joy, a psychologist who is a half-Spanish an English-speaking woman. His father, an Argentinan of Scottish as well as English descendant is her mother. Her mother has Spanish as well as English heritage. Taylor-Joy has the eldest of five children. Four of them are of her father's previous marriage. The family she grew up with was at home in Buenos Aires from the time she was just six until the time they moved to Victoria, London. Taylor-Joy said that moving was traumatic, and refused to study English because she hoped to come back to Argentina. Hill House had to be her school of choice after she switched from Northlands. After that, she was enrolled at Queen's Gate School, where she studied dance and performed in plays. She left high school when she was 16 in order in order to pursue her acting profession. Since her early years, Taylor-Joy was aware of her desire to work as an actress. her dream came true when she was given modeling work by Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
